We’re Hiring: Talent & Career Development Specialist – Part-Time
At Tatbeek Digital Transformation, we are looking for a Talent & Career Development Specialist who can help us build a practical approach to recruitment, career support, and internship development.
This role is not limited to traditional HR.
The selected candidate will support experienced professionals and young graduates in identifying suitable career opportunities, while also helping Tatbeek develop its internal HR and internship activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Review candidates’ experience, skills, CVs, and LinkedIn profiles.
* Identify suitable career paths and target positions for each candidate.
* Search for relevant job opportunities in Egypt and the GCC.
* Match candidates with suitable vacancies and employers.
* Build relationships with recruiters, HR professionals, and hiring companies.
* Follow up on applications, interviews, referrals, and hiring outcomes.
* Support candidates with interview preparation and career positioning.
* Build and manage internship programs for students and fresh graduates.
* Develop practical learning plans, assignments, and evaluation criteria for interns.
* Support Tatbeek’s internal recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and basic HR activities.
* Maintain clear candidate, vacancy, internship, and placement tracking.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Career Development.
* Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate assessment.
* Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and job-search skills.
* Ability to match candidates with suitable roles based on experience and market requirements.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Good understanding of CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
* Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
* Good command of Arabic and English.
* Experience with internship or graduate-development programs is a strong advantage.
* Existing recruiter/employer network in Egypt or the GCC is a plus.
Working Model
Part-Time – initially for 3 months, with the possibility of expanding the role based on results and workload.
The role will combine remote work with occasional meetings at Tatbeek’s office in Knowledge City, New Administrative Capital.

Success in this role will be measured by real outcomes — including candidate interviews and placements, employer relationships, successful internship programs, and effective support of Tatbeek’s internal HR needs.
