Job Purpose:
Performing installation, maintenance, and operation of industrial electrical systems, focusing on PLC hardware components, servo and stepper motors, and drive parameter adjustment, to ensure stable and efficient operation of production lines in a food manufacturing environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining control and electrical power panels for production lines.
- Handling PLC Hardware components (such as I/O modules, power supplies, relays, etc.).
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults using measurement and analysis tools.
- Handling, programming, and integrating servo motors and stepper motors with control systems.
- Reading and analyzing electrical schematics and updating them when needed.
- Adjusting parameters and settings for inverter drives and soft starters according to operational requirements.
- Executing preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment.
- Adhering to safety and quality procedures in a food production environment.
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
