CTT is a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in incoming tourism to Egypt, and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Department Head to join our growing team.

Department Head – India Market

DownTown - Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage CTT’s Indian market department and oversee all operations related to India.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, and key partners.

Drive business development and increase incoming tourist arrivals from India to Egypt.

Develop attractive travel programs, packages, and tailor-made experiences for the Indian market.

Manage quotations, bookings, contracting, and operational coordination with internal departments.

Ensure excellent service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.

Represent CTT in meetings, workshops, trade events, and tourism exhibitions related to the Indian market.

Set sales targets and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Lead, train, and motivate the Indian Department team.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in incoming tourism, preferably handling the Indian market.

Strong knowledge of the Indian travel trade and tourism industry.

Established relationships with Indian tour operators and travel agencies is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Strong knowledge of Egypt’s tourism products, destinations, hotels, transportation, and excursions.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a strong advantage.

Proven leadership and team-management experience.

Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets
