Job Summary: We are seeking a technically proficient Microsoft Center of Excellence Senior Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot. This role combines technical leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring the platform estate meets high engineering standards, scales through reusable patterns and an enabled maker community, and comply with security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Strategy & Technical Leadership: Own the Microsoft platform strategy and roadmap across Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), and Copilot Studio. Drive software engineering best practices, including solution layering, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment. Ensure integration with Microsoft Azure, Azure Open AI, and enterprise applications including Service Now via APIs, connectors, and event-driven workflows.
Administration & Governance: Own the environment strategy, including environment provisioning, Managed Environments, and the default environment position and clean-up obligations. Maintain platform monitoring and reporting, including the CoE Toolkit inventory, governance dashboards, service health, and alerting. Operate the application review cycle that promotes successful team-based solutions to supported enterprise use, with defined risk levels and named ownership.
Operations & Optimization: Monitor and optimize deployed solutions for reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, and output quality. Implement reusable architecture, templates, and automation strategies to enhance scalability and reduce maintenance overhead. Make sure in production Apps and dashboards and running with agreed SLA.
Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor the Microsoft CoE team, including platform administrators, developers, and business analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering technical excellence. Build and nurture a maker community through enablement sessions, champions, and published best-practice standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions. Manage implementation partners and managed service providers, covering delivery quality and commercial performance.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, data-privacy standards, and regional compliance regulations during solution development and deployment.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and the Power Platform admin center and CoE Starter Kit. Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 workload administration, tenant configuration, and Microsoft Azure, including Azure Open AI and AI-related services, Dev Ops and Git Hub. Expertise in platform governance: environment strategy, DLP policy, ALM, and CI/CD . Experience with Copilot Studio agent development, publishing, and the governance controls applied before deployment. Proficiency in identity and security, including Entra ID, conditional access, and role-based access control. Familiarity with Power BI, governance dashboards, and platform KPI reporting. Strong proficiency in Share Point.
Experience: 12+ years of professional experience, with 8+ years on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform and technical leadership. Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of an enterprise Microsoft estate, including roadmap, governance, license position, and budget. 5+ years leading blended technical and functional teams, including vendor or managed service resources. Experience supporting a multi-country or multi-entity organization.
Certifications: Essential: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), or Power Platform Administrator / Developer Associate with demonstrable architecture ownership. Essential: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102) or equivalent senior Microsoft 365 credential. Preferred: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), ITIL 4, and Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300).
