REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the perfumes sector.- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail branch management or related operational roles.- Experience with management software and operational systems.- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.- Proven ability to manage daily branch operations and achieve sales targets.- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.- Candidates residing near the assigned branch locations are preferred.

متطلبات الوظيفة:- مؤهل جامعي.- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العطور ومستحضرات التجميل.- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في إدارة الفروع .- خبرة في استخدام برامج وأنظمة الإدارة والتشغيل.- مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة فرق العمل واتخاذ القرارات.- القدرة على إدارة العمليات اليومية للفروع وتحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات.- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم وحل المشكلات.- القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز وتطوير فريق العمل.- يُفضل أن يكون محل السكن قريبًا من موقع الفرع.
