Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Initiate and document opportunities, and new growth projects and submit them for review within approved planning and governance frameworks. 2. Support the execution of approved business growth initiatives and workstreams by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables across involved teams and stakeholders. 3. Follow up on assigned growth activities and deliverables to ensure timely completion, consistency of outputs, and alignment with agreed objectives and schedules. 4. Consolidate execution updates, performance data, and progress inputs for assigned growth initiatives, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for review. 5. of growth activities, identify execution issues, dependencies, and delays, and escalate them to the Business Growth Manager when necessary. 6. Support tracking of KPIs, milestones, and execution indicators for assigned initiatives, and assist in preparing dashboards, status reports, and progress summaries. 7. Conduct advanced market reviews, performance analyses, and benchmarking exercises to inform execution decisions and support continuous improvement. 8. Coordinate with internal teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Risk, IT, and other functions to ensure activity alignment and availability of required inputs. 9. Provide outputs while ensuring completeness, consistency, and quality prior to submission to the Business Growth Manager. 10. Support the development of presentations, reports, and working materials related to growth initiatives for internal reviews and management discussions. 11.
