Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scope Definition: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Resource & Budget Management: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
Execution & Delivery: Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and minimize risks throughout the project lifecycle; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations and updates to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project outputs meet technical standards and quality requirements through rigorous testing and review.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management within an IT or tech environment.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Prince2 certification strongly preferred.
Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project), strong leadership skills, risk assessment, budget management, and deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
