???? Job Details:Position: Business Development Executive – Live Streamers Location: New Maadi Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMDays Off: Friday & Saturday
???? About the Role:As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented live streamers on Tik Tok. You’ll play an important role in expanding our creator network and building long-term relationships with streamers.
???? Job Responsibilities:• Search for and recruit talented Tik Tok live streamers through social media and other sourcing channels.• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential creators.• Contact, communicate with, and evaluate potential streamers.• Introduce candidates to the company and explain the onboarding process.• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruited streamers.• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a smooth handover of newly onboarded streamers.• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
✅ Qualifications:• Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred.• Experience or strong familiarity with Tik Tok and the live-streaming industry.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.• Target-oriented and motivated.• Basic English communication skills.• Must be able to work on-site in New Maadi.• Egyptian candidates only.
