1. Mechanical BIM Engineer
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering/construction and BIM modelling.
-Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
-Experience developing and coordinating mechanical BIM models from pre-concept through IFC.
-Experience with pump stations and sewage lift stations; WWTP and RO/desalination experience is an advantage.
-Experience in clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction documentation.
-Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
