Operation – Mechanical Site Engineering (MEP) Job Description:Supervise and manage all mechanical works on site (Fire Fighting, Plumbing, HVAC) in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. Review and approve mechanical Shop Drawings and coordinate with other disciplines on site. Prepare, review, and verify mechanical BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and ensure alignment with actual site works. Follow up on subcontractors’ performance and ensure compliance with project schedule and quality standards. Coordinate on a daily basis with the consultant and client regarding all mechanical works and resolve any site conflicts. Ensure full implementation of quality control and HSE procedures across all mechanical activities. Prepare and submit regular technical and progress reports to management. Requirements:B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical Operation sites works (MEP) including Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. Proven experience in reviewing mechanical Shop Drawings and BOQs. Very good command of Auto CAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is a strong plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
