As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and fast-learning Pattern Maker to join our production team.???? The Role We’re looking for a Pattern Maker with practical experience using Gerber Pattern Design Software, a good understanding of measurements, sizing, grading, and garment fit, and a strong willingness to learn and develop. Experience in sportswear / activewear is highly preferred.???? Key Responsibilities Create and develop accurate garment patterns using Gerber. Make pattern modifications, grading, and fit adjustments. Ensure accurate measurements and proper garment proportions. Review samples and make necessary pattern corrections. Work closely with Design and Production teams. Prepare production-ready patterns and related files. Support the development of new sportswear styles and collections.???? Requirements6 months – 1 year of practical experience as a Pattern Maker.⭐ Hands-on experience with Gerber is a MUST. Good understanding of measurements, sizing, grading, and garment fit. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Fast learner with a strong willingness to develop technical skills. Good understanding of fabrics and garment construction. Previous experience in sportswear / activewear is highly preferred.???? Preferred Location: Candidates living in Obour City, New Cairo, Nasr City, El Rehab, or El Shorouk are preferred.????
