**Compensation:** Up to 25,000 EGP Net + Uncapped Deal Commissions (Straight Salary & Commission Package)

AT Telcom is expanding its outbound operations serving the US residential home services market. We are looking for an experienced, high-energy **Team Leader** to manage an on-site team of cold-calling appointment setters targeting the US Solar and Roofing sectors.

If you are a hands-on floor supervisor who knows how to coach objection handling, drive high-contact rates, and maximize booked appointments, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead, coach, and manage a team of outbound appointment setters to hit daily and weekly sit-rate and qualified lead targets.
* Conduct live call monitoring, whisper coaching, side-by-side feedback, and daily objection-handling drills tailored to US homeowners.
* Track daily floor KPIs: dials, contact rates, conversion ratios, and lead status pipeline hygiene.
* Enforce strict compliance, qualification standards, and script execution across dialer and CRM systems.

**Requirements**

* Proven track record (1–2+ years) as a Team Leader / Floor Supervisor specifically managing outbound **US Solar or US Roofing** campaigns.

* Fluent, near-native English communication skills with strong familiarity with US consumer dialect, nuances, and objection handling.

* Demonstrated ability to run dialers, manage lead lists, and coach agents to convert skeptical leads.

* Fully committed to working 100% on-site in Cairo during US operating hours (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
