Overview
The Construction Manager will work closely with project owners to support successful project delivery. The role will be responsible for managing key project constraints, including schedule, budget, quality, and safety, while establishing and monitoring project budgets. The Construction Manager will provide project oversight, track performance, and report progress to project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Construction managers work closely with project owners to ensure the success of the project. They are responsible for delivering on key project constraints, including time, budget (setting and agreeing budgets) quality, and safety. Construction Manager’s responsibility is to support the owner and bring the project to completion Serves as the owner’s eyes and ears by providing oversight and reporting progress to the project team. Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project Delegating work to colleagues within your team Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines Dealing with contracts and mitigating the impact of any issues Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales Working in an office and on a construction site.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of managing and experience construction in large-scale projects. Excellent communication and coordinate skills.

Preferred
Experience and have background in Tier 1 Construction compay or PMC company Have experience in Luxury residence, Office building, 5star Hotel Interior work - 5 yrs or 3 project Have experience in high-rise building construction more than 100m or 30 floors Exposure to Egyptian or Middle East regulatory environments. English proficiency is a must
