Role Description The Sales Engineer - Kitchen is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves meeting with potential and existing clients to understand their kitchen needs, presenting tailored design and product solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Sales Engineer will conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Daily tasks include explaining technical features and benefits of kitchen products, providing guidance on materials and layouts, and resolving technical or product-related inquiries. The role also includes following up on leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while upholding Mr. Home’s standards of quality and service.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to assess kitchen requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage the sales cycle, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Experience with kitchen or interior design products, materials, and fittings is highly beneficial. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or layouts; familiarity with design or CAD tools is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to work on-site in New Cairo and visit client locations as needed.
