About the Role As the HR Generalist, you'll manage HR for the new Egypt branch. with a strong focus on hiring for the branch. while supporting alignment with HR practices already in place at the Dubai branches.
Key Responsibilities Lead full recruitment cycle for branch hires (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) Handle employee relations, attendance, and day-to-day HR queries Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law Support payroll coordination and benefits administration Help align Egypt branch HR practices with the Dubai branches Coordinate regularly with the team at the Dubai branches
What We're Looking For3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in retail, beauty, or hospitality Strong/fluent English level (B2+) MUST, not a nice-to-have Comfortable working hands-on in a small, growing team (not a large corporate HR setup) Based in or able to commute to New Cairo
