وصف الدور الوظيفي يعد منصب رئيس قسم مسك الدفاتر (شركة تدقيق) وظيفة بدوام كامل تتطلب التواجد في مقر الشركة بالقاهرة، مصر. هذا الدور مسؤول عن قيادة وظيفة مسك الدفاتر، وضمان تسجيل المعاملات المالية بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب لمجموعة من العملاء. تشمل المسؤوليات اليومية الإشراف على إعداد ومراجعة قيود اليومية، والحفاظ على دفاتر الأستاذ العام ومطابقتها، وضمان امتثال السجلات المالية لمعايير المحاسبة ذات الصلة واللوائح المحلية. يتضمن الدور الإشراف على موظفي مسك الدفاتر، وإنشاء سير عمل فعال، وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات لاستخدام برامج وأدوات المحاسبة. سيتعاون رئيس قسم مسك الدفاتر بشكل وثيق مع فرق التدقيق والضرائب والاستشارات، ويقدم رؤى لدعم التقارير المالية واتخاذ القرارات للعملاء، ويشارك في تحسين العمليات لتعزيز جودة الخدمة وكفاءتها.
المؤهلات
خبرة قوية في مسك الدفاتر وقيود اليومية (المحاسبة)، مع قدرة مثبتة على إدارة ومراجعة بيانات المعاملات ذات الحجم الكبير. فهم راسخ للقوائم المالية والمفاهيم المالية، بما في ذلك القدرة على تفسير وشرح المعلومات المالية لأصحاب المصلحة. إتقان برامج المحاسبة والأدوات الرقمية ذات الصلة، مع خبرة في تنفيذ أو تحسين الأنظمة وسير العمل. درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة؛ وتعتبر الشهادات المهنية (مثل CPA، ACCA، CMA) ميزة إضافية. الخبرة في شركات التدقيق أو بيئات الخدمات المهنية، ويفضل في أدوار قيادية أو إشرافية، شرط أساسي. مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات وتنظيم قوية، مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتركيز على الدقة والامتثال. القدرة على قيادة وتطوير الفرق، وإدارة المواعيد النهائية، وتنسيق العمل عبر ارتباطات عملاء متعددة. مهارات تواصل فعالة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومهارات اللغة العربية تعد ميزة إضافية.

Role Description The Head of Bookkeeping (Audit Firm) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for leading the bookkeeping function, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions for a portfolio of clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and review of journal entries, maintaining and reconciling general ledgers, and ensuring that financial records comply with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The role involves supervising bookkeeping staff, establishing efficient workflows, and implementing best practices for the use of accounting software and tools. The Head of Bookkeeping will collaborate closely with audit, tax, and advisory teams, provide insights to support financial reporting and client decision-making, and participate in process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in bookkeeping and journal entries (accounting), with a proven ability to manage and review high-volume transactional data. Solid understanding of financial statements and finance concepts, including the ability to interpret and explain financial information to stakeholders. Proficiency in accounting software and related digital tools, with experience implementing or optimizing systems and workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage. Experience in audit firms or professional services environments, preferably in leadership or supervisory roles is a Must Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to lead and develop teams, manage deadlines, and coordinate work across multiple client engagements. Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
