Role Description The Warehouse Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including organizing receiving and dispatch activities, supervising packing processes, and ensuring accurate inventory handling. The Warehouse Team Leader coordinates and guides team members, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to maintain productivity and safety standards. Responsibilities include implementing operational procedures, maintaining stock records, collaborating with logistics and procurement teams, and reporting on warehouse KPIs. The role also involves resolving operational issues, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse workflows, optimize processes, and ensure adherence to procedures. Candidates should possess Packing and Inventory Control skills to manage order preparation, stock counting, and storage accuracy. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with other departments and external partners. Candidates should ideally have experience in warehouse or logistics environments, with knowledge of safety standards and basic ERP or inventory systems. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and reliability in a fast-paced setting. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
