Job Description:Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs according to client requirements and project specifications. Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and technical details. Produce design development and construction documentation. Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. Review drawings to identify clashes, inconsistencies, and technical issues. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and international standards. Prepare material specifications, schedules, and presentation drawings. Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical queries when required. Support the preparation of design reports, authority submissions, and tender documents. Incorporate client and authority comments into the design. Maintain accurate project documentation and meet submission deadlines.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. Experience within a consultancy firm. Strong experience in concept design, design development, and construction drawings. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software is an advantage. Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, and construction methods. Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination. Excellent design, technical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Good command of written and spoken English.
