Job description

• Welcome and assist Polish-speaking guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

• Conduct hotel welcome meetings and provide destination briefings in Polish.
• Deliver accurate information regarding local attractions, services, excursions, and cultural highlights.
• Build strong and positive relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell excursions, tours, and destination services to guests.
  
• Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  

Requirements

• Native or Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, guest relations, sales, customer service, or destination management.
• Previous experience as a Representative, Tour Guide, Transfer Agent, or Tour Leader is an advantage.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).
