Position Overview We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure that supports business-critical operations. The ideal candidate will manage servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and availability.
• Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
• Deploy and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Configure and support enterprise storage and networking infrastructure.
• Perform infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and resolve incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and networking teams to implement infrastructure best practices.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS).
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation tools is an advantage.

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), VMware VCP, Microsoft Windows Server, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
