Proficient in using the Odoo system.
Daily cost monitoring and reporting to management; determine material costs, direct labor, and overhead for each product. Calculate production cost per unit, prepare cost reports for each production stage, compare actual costs with planned costs, identify variances and analyze their causes. Prepare detailed profitability and margin reports. Monitor consumption of raw materials and labor and waste. Oversee production processes to ensure efficient use of resources. Monthly production budget report + monthly budget report. Proficiency in data collection related to product cost elements.
