* Manage and coordinate all toll manufacturing activities with third-party manufacturers.

* Monitor production plans and ensure on-time manufacturing and product delivery.

* Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Planning, and Procurement teams.

* Follow up on the availability of raw and packaging materials required for production.

* Review manufacturing documents, batch records, and production reports.

* Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and company quality standards.

* Support technology transfer activities and new product launches.

* Resolve production-related issues with external manufacturing partners.

* Monitor manufacturing performance and prepare periodic reports.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party manufacturers.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in Toll Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical Production.

* Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.

* Experience coordinating with third-party manufacturers is preferred.

* Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Good command of English.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* ERP experience is an advantage
