Responsibilities:
- Read engineering and AutoCAD drawings to execute installation activities.
- Supervise installation of furniture production equipment and systems.
- Ensure installation works are carried out according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Provide on-site technical solutions to resolve installation challenges.
- Lead work teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Maintain product quality standards during installation and handover stages.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Prepare and submit installation progress and quality reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing installation/assembly.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent leadership, supervision, and team management skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
