Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Cairo & Suez. The Sales Representative will welcome customers to the showroom, identify their needs, and provide professional guidance on suitable vehicle options and features. The role includes explaining financing and payment plans and supporting customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. The Sales Representative will follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities also include staying up to date on product knowledge and market trends, and contributing to achieving individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options clearly. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM systems & spreadsheets) for sales reporting and follow-up. Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is a plus. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to work on-site in Suez Completed university education and cleared military service/status for males. Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is beneficial.
