المسؤوليات الأساسية
* إدارة أنشطة حسابات الدائنة من البداية إلى النهاية.
* مراجعة ومعالجة فواتير الدفع للموردين والمدفوعات.
* تسوية كشوف الموردين وحل التباينات.
* ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والضوابط المالية.
* دعم إغلاق الشهر والتقارير الخاصة بحسابات الدائنة.
* التعاون مع المشتريات والخزينة وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لضمان تشغيل مدفوعات سلس.
المتطلبات
* درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
* 2–5 سنوات من خبرة في حسابات الدائنة.
* معرفة قوية بأنظمة ERP وتطبيقات Microsoft Excel.
* مهارات تحليلية واتصالات وحل مشكلات جيدة

AP Accountant Specialist / Sr Specialist
Location: Maadi
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities.
* Review and process supplier invoices and payments.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
* Support month-end closing and AP reporting.
* Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
