Role Description This is a full-time, on-site French Travel Advisor role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The French Travel Advisor will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transport, and activities, while using French as a primary communication language. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, recommending suitable travel options, providing accurate information on itineraries and policies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling changes and cancellations, resolving customer concerns, maintaining detailed records in booking systems, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The advisor will also contribute to improving service processes and promoting travel services in line with company standards and guidelines. Qualifications Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills. Clear and professional Communication skills, in both French and English. Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements, such as booking and managing itineraries. Background or familiarity with Travel Agency operations and tools. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st 6 October and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Comfort with computer-based booking systems and basic office software. Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, languages, or a related field is preferred.
