Industrial Safety and Health Technician (HSE Technician) Intertite company announces its need to hire an Industrial Safety and Health Technician to work at the company’s factory in 10th of Ramadan. Main tasks:

- Monitor the application of safety and health at work instructions and procedures inside the factory.
- Be present and continuously monitor inside the production hall and operating areas and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Ensure workers use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Conduct periodic inspection rounds and monitor risks and violations and take necessary actions in coordination with the supervisors.
- Monitor fire extinguishers, emergency exits, safety signs and instructions, and fire-fighting equipment.
- Report accidents and unsafe situations and participate in investigations and follow-up corrective actions.
- Assist in implementing training and raising awareness among workers about safety and emergency procedures.
- Record and follow up daily safety reports and observations.

Requirements:

- A middle or upper-middle qualification suitable.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in safety and occupational health, preferably inside factories.
- Good knowledge of risks in industrial work environment and prevention and fire fighting procedures.
- Preferably holding courses or certificates in safety and health at work and HSE.
- Ability to interact and communicate with workers and technicians and follow up on compliance with instructions.
- The job is on-site in the factory, not an office job, requiring long hours in the production hall.
- Seriousness, discipline, strong observation, and ability to handle violations.

Workplace: 10th of Ramadan – Industrial Zone B4
Working days: Saturday to Thursday
