Required: Barcode scale and POS system installation technician, training employees on system usage, and following up on simple operational issues after handover. Important note: this job is not for a programmer or developer. The candidate should understand how to operate the devices and ready software. Do not write code. Main tasks: 1) Install POS software on devices and configure basic settings. 2) Train cashiers/employees on using the system step by step. 3) Resolve simple operational issues (device freezes, configuration tweaks, printing problems). 4) Communicate with the company technical team if the issue exceeds his capability. 5) Follow up with the client after handover to confirm everything is working fine.
