مصنع الأمير للملابس والجيينز EL AMIR Garments & Jeans Factoryفرصة عمل | JOB VACANCYمدير صيانة MAINTENANCE MANAGERانضم إلى فريق مصنع الأمير للملابس والجيينزيعلن مصنع الأمير للملابس والجيينز (EL AMIR Garments & Jeans Factory) عن حاجته إلى مدير صيانة ذو خبرة لقيادة قسم الصيانة وضمان أعلى مستويات كفاءة تشغيل المعدات وخطوط الإنتاج.Join the Team of EL AMIR Garments & Jeans FactoryEL AMIR Garments & Jeans Factory is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department and ensure the highest levels of equipment efficiency and production lines. المهام الرئيسية | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• قيادة وإدارة جميع أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية بالمصنع. • إعداد وتنفيذ خطط وبرامج الصيانة الدورية. • تقليل الأعطال وأوقات توقف الماكينات وزيادة كفاءة التشغيل. • إدارة فريق الصيانة وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء. • تحليل أسباب الأعطال ووضع الحلول الدائمة. • الإشراف على صيانة ماكينات الخياطة، الغسيل، التشطيب، الضواغط والمرافق. • إدارة قطع الغيار ومراقبة المخزون. • الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية. • إعداد التقارير الفنية ورفع مؤشرات الأداء للإدارة.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead and manage all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the factory. • Prepare and implement maintenance plans and periodic programs. • Reduce breakdowns and machine downtime and improve operational efficiency. • Manage the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performance. • Analyze causes of breakdowns and implement permanent solutions. • Supervise maintenance of sewing machines, washing, finishing, compressors, and facilities. • Manage spare parts and monitor inventory. • Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health standards. • Prepare technical reports and submit performance indicators to management. المؤهلات المطلوبة | REQUIREMENTS• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مجال الصيانة، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إشرافي أو مدير صيانة داخل مصنع ملابس أو نسيج. • خبرة في الصيانة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والنيوماتيك. • خبرة في صيانة ماكينات الخياطة المتخصصة والأوتوماتيك. • خبرة في تطبيق الصيانة الوقائية (Preventive Maintenance). • مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة الفرق. • القدرة على تحليل الأعطال واتخاذ القرارات. • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office، ويفضل الخبرة في أنظمة ERP.REQUIREMENTS• Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or Maintenance Manager role in garment or textile factories. • Experience in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance. • Experience in maintenance of specialized and automatic sewing machines. • Experience in implementing Preventive Maintenance systems. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Ability to analyze breakdowns and make decisions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is preferred. إرسال السيرة الذاتية
