Company Description Pixie Wings – Nursery & Day Care is a new inclusive early learning nursery in ElSheikh Zayed, following the EYFS British Curriculum with rich indoor and outdoor activities. The nursery provides high-quality care and education for children aged 1–5 years, focusing on a supportive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Role Description The Nursery Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, responsible for delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYFS British Curriculum for children aged 1–5 years. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing lessons and activities, supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, and ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom and play environment. The role involves observing and documenting children’s progress, communicating regularly with families, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain consistent care and teaching standards. The Nursery Teacher will participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and may support special programs such as camps, therapy-related activities, or hobby classes as needed. This role requires a caring, patient, and proactive approach to nurturing young children in an inclusive setting. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in early years or nursery settings and familiarity with child development principles. Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills, including the ability to design age-appropriate activities and adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning needs. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear interaction with children, families, and colleagues, and the ability to provide constructive feedback and updates. Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teaching, or a related field are preferred; EYFS or British Curriculum experience is an advantage. Additional beneficial skills include classroom management, safeguarding awareness, first aid knowledge, collaboration in a team environment, and fluency in English; familiarity with inclusive practices and special educational needs is a plus
