Cornerstone Development is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our construction team for our residential compound projects in the New Administrative Capital .
Location: New Administrative Capital Industry: Real Estate Development
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all electrical works on site (low voltage, lighting, power, panels, earthing, etc.)
Review and ensure compliance with approved electrical drawings and technical specifications
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and delays
Oversee installation of electrical systems in residential buildings (apartments, common areas, parking, landscape lighting)
Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure quality standards
Conduct inspections and testing before handover
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics

5–7 years of experience in construction projects
Previous experience in a Construction background is required.
Strong background in residential buildings, compound projects, and infrastructure works (roads, utilities, and site services)
Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems and site execution
Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams efficiently
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
