Project Sales Engineer
PURA-EG, a leading manufacturing company in Egypt, is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Sales Engineer to join our growing Sales Team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.* Identify and follow up on new project opportunities.* Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers according to project requirements.* Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and technical requirements.* Promote the company’s products and solutions to project stakeholders.* Follow up on projects from the tender stage through quotation, negotiation, approval, and final award.* Conduct regular visits to project sites, consultants, contractors, and customers.* Coordinate with the Technical, Production, Procurement, and Finance departments to ensure successful project execution.* Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions within company policies.* Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.* Maintain accurate records of projects, quotations, customer activities, and sales pipeline.* Ensure excellent customer service and follow up on customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Civil, or a related field.* 3–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in manufacturing, sanitary ware, bathroom accessories, or building materials.* Strong knowledge of the construction and contracting market.* Existing relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project companies is a strong advantage.* Good understanding of BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.* Strong sales and business development skills.* Good command of English.* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.* Willingness to travel for customer and project visits.
