Job Opportunity Food Manufacturing Company – 10th of Ramadan City A leading food manufacturing company is seeking to hire a qualified candidate for the following position: Sales Manager (Retail, Wholesale & Key Accounts) Responsibilities:• Develop and implement sales strategies for retail, wholesale, and key accounts.• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and promotions.• Ensure excellent customer service standards across all channels. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.• MBA is preferred.• Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry.• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.• Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools is a plus.????
