Job Overview We are looking for a professional Sales Support Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring targets are met, as well as tracking orders and shipments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Maintain active communication with all customers within the assigned region. Ensure customer registration and upload their pricing onto the platform in coordination with regional sales representatives. Accurately enter customer orders into the system and notify the operations team to initiate execution. Coordinate between the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Track shipment statuses and proactively update customers. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in sales or sales support within the logistics industry. Effective communication skills. Proactive planning abilities. Proficiency in report preparation and presentation. Experience working with order management systems (ERP/CRM).
