We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join the team of Saeed Saadan Shahat & Partners Company, which specializes in supplying filters and spare parts for diesel engines, generators, compressors, and industrial equipment. Tasks and responsibilities: - Receiving inquiries and customer requests and following up until the sale is completed. - Preparing price quotes and following up with customers. - Assisting customers in identifying the appropriate products and spare parts for their needs. - Following up with current customers and building long-term relationships with them. - Searching for suitable alternatives for requested items and dealing with different spare parts numbers and models. - Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure item availability and to prepare and deliver orders. - Recording and following up on price quotes, orders, and customer data in the company system. - Following up on previous price quotes and understanding reasons for not completing some sales. - Achieving the required monthly sales targets.
