• Oversee and manage soil improvement works from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project specifications and deadlines.

• Report to the operation manager

• Supervise site operations and all related civil engineering tasks.

• Complies with safety regulations, engineering standards, and project requirements.

• Collaborate with project team and coordinate with project manager / supervision Engineer.

• Prepare project documentation and site reports.

• Conduct quality control checks and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and resource management for projects.

• Coordinate with  technical office to ensure integrated project delivery.

• supervise and coordinate subcontractors 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

• 4 to 8 years relevant experience in foundation construction/engineering.

• Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and safety practices in construction.

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geotechnical reports.

• must have sufficient site experience in the construction of foundations.

• Proficient user CAD, Excel, MS project & word.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
