Mena Group is seeking high-performing Senior Property Consultants to join our growing sales team.

Your Role:
• Manage high-value clients & investor accounts
• Lead negotiations and close strategic deals
• Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
• Build and maintain strong broker networks
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis
• Ensure accurate CRM reporting

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of proven real estate sales experience
• Strong closing ability with consistent track record
• Established client network is a strong advantage
• Target-oriented with leadership mindset
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
