Senior Technical Business Analyst – Fintech, Payments & Digital Platforms
Job Description:· Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.· Must have experience and working with agile module· Software Documentation Prepare clear and structured documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) · Analyze payment workflows, transaction lifecycles, settlement, reconciliation, and financial reporting requirements.· Technical Coordination Work closely with developers, solution architects, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, Dev Ops, and external vendors. Explain requirements to the development team · Collaborate with engineering teams on API integrations with banks, payment gateways, wallets, and third-party services.· Payments, Fintech and Digital Commerce Flows Analyze and document payment-related workflows, including Checkout flows Payment status handling Card payments Bank transfers Wallet payments· Familiarity with compliance and security standards such as PCI DSS, AML, KYC, and financial regulations.· QA and Testing Support Prepare acceptance criteria and test scenarios for each feature.· Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.· Must have experience and working with agile module· English Level Excellent is must (written and spoken)· 3+ years of experience in a Senior or Technical Business Analyst role.· Proven experience in Fin Tech, Banking, Digital Payments, Payment Gateways, Wallets, or Financial Services.· Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, transaction processing,· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
