• Manage and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with company policies and IFRS.

• Perform and review GL accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and account reconciliations.

• Manage and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and controls.

• Prepare and review monthly bank, customer, supplier, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Monitor inventory accounting, including stock movements, adjustments, provisions, and inventory reconciliations.

• Calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and investigate significant variances.

• Work closely with the Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate inventory and costing information.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounting schedules.

• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for management review.

• Analyze accounting data and identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, and potential financial risks.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis when required.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of F&B purchases, sales, expenses, inventory movements, and other financial transactions.

• Maintain and improve accounting processes and controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Utilize the company’s ERP system to process, monitor, and report financial transactions.

• Perform other accounting and financial duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of IFRS.

• Strong experience in F&B accounting, inventory accounting, COGS, AP & AR controls, and account reconciliations.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal is a must.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial analysis and reporting.

• Strong experience with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
