Job Qualifications for Sales Engineer:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: 2–4 years in sales, preferably in cables, transformers, or EPC project sales. Professional Experience Required:Proven track record in client acquisition and account management. Experience in tendering, proposals, and Contracts Knowledge of renewables and/or data center infrastructure projects. Experience working with Oil & Gas EPCs or utilities.
Technical Skills Required:Strong understanding of LV/MV/HV cables and transformers. Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and project requirements. Preparing technical-commercial offers and presentations. Familiarity with ERP systems OR CRM tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target Sectors: Renewables, data centers and O&G
