We are looking for an ambitious and creative Public Accountant to join our finance team at Lucky Taky Kidswear, a leading and growing trading company specializing in children’s products (Lucky Tucky Kidswear). Main responsibilities: Daily tasks: recording financial transactions accurately in the accounting system (journal entries, receipts and payments). Current accounts: monitoring and auditing customer, supplier, and inventory accounts to ensure they match actual balances. Treasury and banks: assisting in preparing periodic bank reconciliations and cash matching. Document cycle: reviewing invoices and purchase orders to ensure they meet all accounting criteria and approvals. Reporting: assisting in preparing periodic financial reports and the trial balance under financial management supervision. Periodic inventory: participating in stock takes (products and production supplies) and reconciling inventory variances. Requirements and skills: Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) with at least a good grade. Experience: fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience. Technical skills: proficiency in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel with tables and data entry skills), good knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. Personal skills: high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills with various departments (Sales, Stores, Purchasing).
