استلام بطاقات برنامج الولاء من المستودع وتسجيلها في نظام SAP.
تفعيل بطاقات برنامج الولاء وفقاً لSKU المنتج وخطة الإنتاج.
تسجيل البطاقات المُفَعَّلة في SAP استناداً إلى قائمة تعبئة SKU.
التنسيق مع فريق الإنتاج لتسليم بطاقات الولاء المُفَعَّلة.
إعداد تقارير عن عدد البطاقات المفَعَّلة حسب SKU والدُفعة.
مراقبة وتقرير البطاقات الولاء المسترجعة من قسم الإنتاج وفقاً لSKU والدُفعة.
توثيق البطاقات التالفة وإعداد تقارير التلف لقسم الجودة.
التنسيق مع الإنتاج والمبيعات والتسويق والعملاء والموردين حسب الحاجة.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة من 2–4 سنوات، ويفضَّل في بيئة صناعية.
معرفة جيدة بـ SAP.
إتقان جيد لـ الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
مهارات تواصل وتفاعل اجتماعي جيدة.
انتباه عالي للتفاصيل والدقة
Receive loyalty program cards from the warehouse and record them in the SAP system.
Activate loyalty program cards according to the product SKU and production plan.
Record activated cards in SAP based on the SKU packing list.
Coordinate with the Production team to deliver activated loyalty cards.
Prepare reports on the number of activated cards by SKU and batch.
Monitor and report loyalty cards returned from Production by SKU and batch.
Document damaged cards and prepare damage reports for the Quality Department.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Marketing, Customers, and Vendors as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
2–4 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy
