We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to join our team at a premium Eastern & Turkish Sweets brand.
Requirements:
* 5–10 years of proven experience in Branch Management within sweets, bakery, pastry, café, restaurant, or F&B businesses.* Strong experience managing Eastern & Turkish sweets operations.* Proven track record of successfully managing and developing branches.* Candidates must have previously worked in reputable brands and demonstrated measurable success in their roles.* Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills.* Excellent customer service and sales-oriented mindset.* Ability to manage daily operations, staff performance, inventory, quality, and sales targets.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete day-to-day operation of the branch.* Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.* Achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.* Maintain high standards of product quality and service.* Control costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.* Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.* Drive branch growth and continuously improve performance.
