Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, conducting property viewings, preparing proposals, and advising clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. The role involves negotiating offers, closing deals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous follow-up and professional support. The Senior Property Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute to sales targets and business development initiatives.
Qualifications: Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored property solutions. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Proven customer service capabilities, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building. Solid sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating, and closing transactions. Relevant real estate knowledge and experience, including familiarity with local market conditions and property regulations. Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage appointments, and handle multiple clients and properties efficiently. Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, properties, and client interactions. Previous experience in real estate or property consulting role is highly beneficial.
