The Project Management Manager is responsible for leading the execution and end-to-end delivery of real estate development and construction projects. This strategic and operational role focuses heavily on overseeing external contractors, managing consultancy firms, and ensuring all works strictly adhere to national engineering regulations. The position acts as the primary focal point for critical external stakeholders—specifically the Military Sector—and takes ultimate ownership of the successful integration and handover of project deliverables to Facility Management (FM) and Handover & Technical Client Affairs teams. Key Responsibilities : Lead, direct, and oversee contractors and consultancy firms to ensure full compliance with engineering regulations, safety standards, and project parameters. Direct and maintain high-level coordination and liaison with the Military Sector to secure necessary alignment and facilitate project execution phases. Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle pipeline from initial technical studies and approvals through to final delivery, ensuring robust milestone controls at every stage gate. Oversee the comprehensive handover process, ensuring seamless transfer of operational assets and documentation to Facility Management (FM) and the Handover & Technical Client Affairs teams. Ensure all critical project touchpoints, including site branding, temporary signage, banners, and access gates—are executed on time and aligned with corporate guidelines. Review contract packages, monitor variations, and manage overall construction risk profiles, establishing effective mitigation plans to prevent delays. Partner with the Planning & Control team to track sub-phases, analyze process delays, and implement corrective measures across the construction pipeline. Conduct value engineering exercises to maximize construction efficiency, optimize quality, and manage overall project cost profiles. Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Project Management Engineers within the division. In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.- Previous Experience: 10–15 years of experience in project management, construction, or real estate development within reputable developers or tier-1 contractors in Egypt.- Special requirements: Demonstrated, hands-on experience dealing with the Military Sector and relevant regulatory bodies in Egypt. Strong strategic understanding of real estate development cycles, stage gates, and multi-stakeholder handovers. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills. Proficiency in advanced project management software, technical reporting dashboards, and AI tools.
