المسؤوليات الأساسية قيادة المشتريات الشاملة والاستحواذ الاستراتيجي لمصنع تصنيع الحديد. إدارة مصادر Scrap/المواد الخام، السبائك الحديدية، المواد الاستهلاكية، قطع الغيار، MRO، الآلات والخدمات. تطوير والحفاظ على شبكات الموردين المحلية والدولية. التفاوض على السعر، الجودة، شروط الدفع، العقود، وجداول التسليم. ضمان توفر المواد بشكل مستمر وفق متطلبات الإنتاج والصيانة. دفع تقليل التكاليف، تطوير الموردين، تحسين المخزون، وكفاءة المشتريات. التنسيق الوثيق مع الإنتاج، الصيانة، المخازن، المالية، التجارة، اللوجستيات، والجودة. إدارة المشتريات الاستيراد، الاعتماد المستندي، الشحن، الجمارك، والوثائق التجارية الدولية. إقامة ضوابط مشتريات قوية، إجراءات العمل القياسية، تقييم الموردين، وأنظمة الامتثال. إعداد تقارير معلومات المشتريات، الميزانيات، التوقعات، وتقارير الإدارة.
المرشح المطلوب
المؤهلات والخبرة يفضل أن تكون B.E./B.Tech في الميكانيكا/الإنتاج/الفلزات؛ وMBA/PGDM في سلسلة الإمداد/المشتريات مفضل. 07-18 سنة خبرة في المشتريات، ويفضل في تصنيع الحديد/صناعة المعادن. خبرة قوية في التوريد الدولي ومشتريات الحديد/المواد الخام. مهارات تفاوض وقيادة وإدارة موردين وتجارية ممتازة. الخبرة في مصر/أفريقيا أو عمليات التصنيع الدولية ستكون ميزة.
Key Responsibilities Lead overall procurement and strategic sourcing for the steel manufacturing plant. Manage sourcing of scrap/raw materials, ferro alloys, consumables, spares, MRO, machinery, and services . Develop and maintain local and international supplier networks . Negotiate price, quality, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules . Ensure uninterrupted material availability as per production and maintenance requirements . Drive cost reduction, supplier development, inventory optimization, and procurement efficiency . Coordinate closely with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Finance, Commercial, Logistics, and Quality . Manage import procurement, LC, shipping, customs, and international trade documentation . Establish strong procurement controls, SOPs, vendor evaluation, and compliance systems . Prepare procurement MIS, budgets, forecasts, and management reports .
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification & Experience B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy preferred; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Procurement preferred. 07-18 years of procurement experience, preferably in steel manufacturing/metal industry . Strong experience in international sourcing and steel/raw-material procurement . Excellent negotiation, leadership, supplier management, and commercial skills . Experience in Egypt/Africa or international manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
