Key Responsibilities
Full supervision of the sales process and continuous monitoring of sales representatives’ performance. Full follow-up of collection activities, including invoices and bounced/returned checks. Monitoring and implementing territory coverage plans to ensure proper market coverage. Monitoring sales representatives’ interactions with pharmacists and customers to ensure professional and effective communication. Following up on coordination and communication between sales representatives and the company’s various departments. Achieving assigned sales targets and required business objectives. Ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures established by senior management. Driving sales growth through effective coordination and collaboration with Medical Office Representatives. Following up on and collecting all outstanding company receivables and customer debts. Ensuring the prompt collection and settlement of bounced/returned checks from customers.
