Key Responsibilities:Develop interior design concepts and detailed design packages for interior fit-out projects. Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation. Develop layouts, material selections, finishes, and design details. Coordinate with technical, commercial, and site teams throughout project stages. Review and revise drawings based on project and site requirements. Ensure the design intent, materials, and project standards are accurately reflected during execution.
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.3–5 years of experience in Interior Design, preferably within Interior Fit-Out. Strong proficiency in Auto CAD. Strong understanding of technical/shop drawings, construction details, BOQs, materials, and finishes. Experience in Commercial, Hospitality, and High-End Residential projects is preferred. Experience coordinating with site and technical teams. Fluent English communication skills. Sketch Up knowledge is a plus.
