- Responsible for electrical sales (electrical component spare parts). - Ability to learn some other products related to the company's field of operation, from lighting and voltage stabilizers to uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) after providing training, technical support, and professional and technical qualification on how to present them. - Respond to customer inquiries and requests immediately via phone, email, and the on-site branch customer. - Able to offer solutions to customers in line with requirements, and handle questions or comments in a constructive and professional manner in the same field. Knowledge: - Familiarity with electrical components; Schneider products preferred. - Higher or diploma certificate. - 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field. - Basic proficiency in English. - Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint): good. - Presentation skills: very good. - Negotiation skills: very good.
