Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves advising clients on suitable properties, conducting property viewings, and supporting them through the full buying and selling process. The Property Consultant will manage client inquiries, maintain regular communication, and provide market insights to help clients make informed decisions. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a portfolio of listings, negotiating offers, preparing basic documentation related to transactions, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality service. The role also requires staying up to date on local market trends and company offerings to ensure accurate and timely guidance. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients on property options and market conditions. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions and maintain long-term relationships. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to negotiate deals, close transactions, and meet performance targets. Candidates should have good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, properties, and deadlines efficiently. Candidates should be proficient in basic computer and CRM tools to manage client data and property listings. Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of the New Cairo property market. A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is beneficial, and fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
